特別垃圾就對了，既然開啟了夜間房位，就要有臨時的客服在，朋友來找我，訂房給朋友，體驗感特別不好！首先電話打不通，地址上説是三樓前台，到了三樓其他人又説是4樓，去了4樓又是其他家的公寓，最後打了好幾遍電話終於打通，説他們是沒有前台，衹是為了能有一個地址放在平台，房號是需要先聯繫，應該先聯繫他，我説你電話都打不通怎麼聯繫你？既然開啟了夜間接房客，那就要有人在崗服務，之前去的民俗風情公寓，都是房東自己聯繫客户，安排入住，安排房號，不知道是客服還是房東，電話里語氣也跟我急，真的離譜！
