The hotel is near the airport, they offered me a complementary ride to the airport next day. This brand is nice, but sometimes you feel like some properties need some maintenance work

It was so bad. On my way back from a business trip, they told me that my underwear was left in the hotel room and they wanted to send it to me. But I paid for the shipping fee and it turned out to be someone else's underwear!!! This is how dirty and outrageous the hotel is! The previous guest's personal belongings were not cleaned up! And then they mistakenly thought they belonged to the next guest and sent them out by express!!!
