The hotel offers warm and hospitable service, but it's annoying that the front desk staff asked for my phone number and even wanted me to register for their account. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and bathrooms.

Located super close to big mall mixc , mulitple brands and variety of food choices. Also close to many attractions in Shenzhen. Room also clean up to standard.
