The hotel was originally a highly praised accommodation option, with an excellent location close to the subway station, providing convenient transportation. The hotel offers warm and hospitable service, but it's annoying that the front desk staff asked for my phone number and even wanted me to register for their account. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and bathrooms.
The breakfast served in the restaurant has also received many positive reviews.
Overall, the hotel is a suitable accommodation choice for both business and leisure travelers.
However, why do you ask for my phone number upon check-in? When there's actually a need for delivery, this number doesn't work. You even accessed my privacy and retrieved a number I didn't provide. Your explanation is that it's the system's fault, but I've stayed at too many of your hotels in different locations recently, so that excuse doesn't cut it. It's too fake, and I won't accept it.

Nice location, 5 mins to the shopping mall and near the shenzhen north station. Highly recommended to book!

Located super close to big mall mixc , mulitple brands and variety of food choices. Also close to many attractions in Shenzhen. Room also clean up to standard.
