房子有一定年齡了，但衛生挺好的，設施有些也是新換上的，服務挺不錯的，下訂後立即就聯絡我們教我們怎check in 那些了，有卡拉ok和電動麻雀，電動麻雀可能前面都沒人玩，我們打開要清潔一下才能用，風景很美，對著大海景，可惜沙灘下午6點就關了

海景房很漂亮，三個房間很適合三五好友過來住，關鍵是還有麻將機，又可以娛樂一下，開心，最主要的是老闆娘服務態度非常好，我們的要求都會滿足。下次還會再來！

優點：景色不錯陽台能看海，下樓步行五分鐘就到沙灘上了，價格確實也算便宜，三室一廳帶麻將桌啥的 缺點：1.廁所地漏返臭，洗澡什麼的很痛苦 2.千萬別去老闆娘推薦的燒烤店，自帶食材説不定還行，在他那買食材，漏了好幾樣東西價格沒少收，而且那個牛羊肉不知道房樑多少嫩肉粉，烤的快黑了都還是軟的 3.攜程上沒寫要收按金，無緣無故突然説自己要收200按金。我説攜程上沒説要她還説一般都要我的免了，真不理解你要收就早點寫清楚，裝啥好人 4.雖然價格便宜，也是民宿，但是多少在海邊，我們五個人住三天兩晚就衹有五條小毛巾一個浴巾都沒有，中途也不會有人來換。後面都把人逼得沒辦法用自己衣服了 5.説是網上入住，那你門口要登記至少應該説一下，莫名其妙把我們攔下來真的覺得想罵人

房子是複式的，樓上三個卧室，樓下客廳和廚房，適合一家人遊玩兒居住。廚房有廚具，可以自己做飯。但是最好自己帶一次性碗筷。房東服務態度也很好。

民宿還可以，環境可以的，就是廁所下水道味很重，店家都好積極答覆我問題，就是停車比較麻煩，車位少，如果出去外邊在回來基本沒有位置
