This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro station. The room is spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.
The only downside is that cars can’t access the lobby directly, so if you have a lot of luggage like me, you might need to make a few trips.

Everything's great 👍, Location is in the city centre.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room is big and clean.
But remember they have kitchen but no equipment so cannot cook 😅

I recently stayed at your property and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I feel it is important to share this feedback so that appropriate actions can be taken to prevent future guests from going through the same.
The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay, which left my legs red, itchy, and visibly swollen. This is not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable for any accommodation standard. It was my first time experiencing bed bug bites, and it left a very bad impression of my stay in China.
Additionally, the room appeared very old and poorly maintained. The water pressure in the toilet was weak, making it difficult to use properly. There was also a persistent bad smell in the room, similar to smoke and sewage, which made the environment even more unpleasant.
I sincerely hope that your hotel management takes this issue seriously and performs a thorough inspection of the room. Proper cleaning, pest control, and maintenance are essential to ensure the comfort and safety of future guests.
Thank you for your attention, and I hope you will take the necessary precautions to improve the room conditions.

因為出行方便，到辦事的地方便捷，後面發現附近有個港澳通行證自助簽注機。然而續住了幾天，順帶去香港玩了一天，他們家不管是離深圳北、和福田口岸都挺近，這給我帶了很大的便利，同時房間設施還是比較齊全的，房間衞生乾淨整潔，我看他這裏離還有長住的。走的時候比較趕沒有時間諮詢，下次再來住。。。

房間乾淨舒適。床品乾淨柔軟。房間窗簾遮光性很好能夠保證睡眠質量。浴室和衞生間乾濕分離。隔音效果不錯，早餐品種挺多的中式自助餐。酒店整體服務體驗都很好，每個工作人員熱情滿滿。下次還會選擇八卦嶺這家店！！

設施：齊全 出差選擇的這家酒店，在網上看了一下位置還不錯，酒店鄰近有一條美食街，我比較喜歡，而且交通很方便，酒店樓下就有一個人地鐵站，出行相當方便，酒店房間的設施非常先進，同時房間裏面的衞生也很乾凈，酒店房間裏面的床也很舒適，是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。

It’s literally across the road from Shenzhen Sports Centre and very convenient if you’re there to attend a concert like I was.
Subway station is a few meters away from the hotel.
The hotel itself is spacious, and works has a good range of amenities including a washing machine and washing detergent.
It’s not a luxury hotel, but it works for a number of reasons. There are a few eateries and supermarkets around and Luckin Coffee across the street.
The staff at reception very polite and caring and offer follow up service to ensure we’re comfortable.i want to highlight 张 who is a breath of fresh air. She even gave us a choice of when we want our room cleaned which was very convenient and we didn’t feel rushed.
Breakfast starts at 7:30 and closes at 9:30 so be sure to be up early if you want to eat.
All in all a decent place.

Photos shown are not an accurate reflection of the condition of the room. It was generally clean but based on the cracks and stains, you can tell it’s an old building and an old room. So that definitely tarnishes the impression and stay.
Note that the hotel seems to be used concurrently as an apartment for other locals.
Service overall is good nonetheless. Breakfast is very basic. Nothing special.
