1.沒見過房間裏不提供礦泉水的，問老闆有沒有，還説100多塊錢的哪有礦泉水，你不提供就不提供，説的好像我佔你們便宜了似的。再説我還補了50塊換的大床，房型一摸一樣就床大點，這是100多嗎？懶得吐槽，再説兩瓶水和房價有關嗎？我住過多少100多的人家照樣有。2.開房的時候問老闆要多一張房卡，就是不給，那這天氣37.8度衹要我們出去電就斷了，回來和蒸籠一樣，空調還要再開，不知道老闆為什麼不多給一張房卡，是為了省幾塊錢電費嗎？3.去哪兒網會員明明有延時到2點退房服務，一早上過去和老闆説，老闆百般不願，説行李可以放前台，我不知道嗎，我説我要出海回來沖涼。算了，不想多説，12點退房走人。不會再來，也不會推薦朋友來。

老闆免費升級了別墅房，乾淨衞生，服務態度也很好。
