公寓位置不錯離福田口岸很近步行10分鐘左右，住宿的環境衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，雖然裝修的時間長，但是無異味，設施有洗衣機很方便，總體來説環境乾淨整潔，不錯的性價！

設施：雖然比較舊，水龍頭漏水，但是管理員還是孕婦很熱情負責積極幫着解決問題
衞生：整潔乾淨，還配有洗衣粉
環境：非常好，走路可以去福田口岸。周圍環境安靜乾淨
服務：特別好，認真熱情，有問題馬上就給解決

房東人很好，幫我們調換房型，床上四件套很乾爽，衞生還行，杯子有點臟（有茶漬）。住了2晚整體還是很不錯的

距離地鐵站步行十多分鐘 不算非常方便

本次去深圳辦事，如平台所講，位置很好，非常便利，距地鐵和福田站都很近，搭車也很方便，酒店也乾淨整潔，環境還好。

🚗 交通：離地鐵站較遠，騎單車5分鐘左右，周圍有挺多共享單車
🧹衞生：一般，有水漬和上任住客的頭髮
🍃環境：位置難找，樓層高景觀還不錯，樓下保安登記後，商家發密碼到手機，就可以直接去房間開密碼鎖了。
🔔服務：還行，但是不習慣，感覺沒有酒店管理得安全。設施有損壞的，比如廁所門和門鎖鏈，廁所透明的，遮擋的也少。

非常感謝店家，到店後想要一個可以看日出的景觀的房，前台小姐姐給免費升級了一個景觀特別好的房間，進來忍不住的拍個照片，因為喜歡光腳感覺衞生做的特別好，還有冰箱，洗衣機設施齊全
