第一次在網上找民宿，跟房東瞭解清楚情況後就下單了，沒想到入住時超驚喜的！首先，離海邊走路大概10分鐘，沙灘乾淨平緩，沙子細膩。小區裏面環境優美，設施齊全，房間裏面的配套設施就更完美了，廚房2個冰箱，廚具都有，可以自己帶菜和調料過來做飯，還需要自帶一次性碗筷，附近有商店也可以購買（調料和碗筷）買菜有點不方便。客廳夠大，陽台有洗衣機、衣架，可以遠看海景，衞生間洗漱用品也都有。房間乾淨整潔，整體入住感覺很舒適，就像在自己家一樣，同行人員都説超值的，孩子們玩的不肯回來…最後再強調一下，老闆和負責人都特別好，很熱心、耐心，很滿意的一次體驗。恭祝老闆生意興隆哈！

位置處在水頭海鮮街與南澳海鮮街中間，去幾個沙灘和大鵬古鎮都不遠。三房兩廳，打掃得挺乾淨的，客廳起碼有二三十方，很舒適，就是電視小了點。有個超大的陽台，晾洗衣服很方便。有廚房，我們沒用，煮點簡單的海鮮大餐還是沒問題的。但
其實現在水頭和南澳買海鮮找餐廳加工也是很方便和規範，不用自己煮。樓下就有停車位，也有地下車庫，一天才十元，在深圳是很實惠的。對比起一些酒店，這樣的民宿絕對方便舒服，性價比超高。

預訂了17樓的高層海景房，每天看着海真的很舒適，對着的是南澳第一沙灘，去的期間是沙灘的維護期，晚上6點不能進入沙灘，週四、週五去沙灘基本可以包場，海水很乾凈，浪稍微有點大，更加適合沖浪，沙灘的沙超細的，適合小孩玩。需要潛水的、浮潛的可以考慮其他的地方。
房東人很好，房間乾淨。我們是自己做飯的，附近有菜市場，買菜很方便。

房間挺乾淨的，自己買海鮮帶回家做的，離海邊10分鐘路程，小孩子玩的很開心，衹是不能進海游泳（沙灘未完全開發）
