房間屬於比較小的類型，床和櫃子，桌子外，除了可以走路的空間，就基本沒有什麼空間多的了，衞生還屬於乾淨的，有礦泉水2瓶，有WIFI，電視機，熱水器，洗衣機，吹風機，這些基本的東西都有，有一次性拖鞋，也有膠拖鞋，可以進行選擇，讓人比較介意的就是隔音問題，隔音不好，一是房間外的聲音比較響，人員走動，開關門，説話聲音都挺清晰，二是周圍有施工，原本早上想睡懶覺的，但是施工聲音大影響了睡眠質量，熬夜過後早上還被吵醒，實在不算愉快

因工作出差，本想着在公司附近隨便找一間公寓將就，但是住進來有點驚喜，房間乾淨整潔，房東態度服務好，來深圳出差或者是旅遊的小夥伴可以優選這個公寓，性價比高，很奈斯！！！！

酒店整體很糟糕，樓距特別近，開開窗户就可以看到對面窗户，最關鍵的是床單被罩都是藍色的，而且很臟，茶壺邊都有蟑螂，對面窗户上還爬着老鼠，設施比較陳舊，衞生確實有待提高環境，很糟糕服務，老鼠偷窺我洗澡，給我嚇一跳

不乾淨不乾淨不乾淨！！衞生不乾淨！床上衞生不乾淨還發現有蟑螂，而且一晚上睡着身上都到處很癢，廁所還要我們自己再次洗一遍再沖一遍。
樓上樓下有點吵，一大早上面還在鑽

什麼垃圾酒店躺在那床上全身癢，後面就直接退了，然後重新訂酒店，浪費了我一百多塊錢，氣死了。那被子壓根就沒有洗過，臟臟的黃黃的，然後一股味道，這是我住過這麼多個的酒店最垃圾的一個酒店誰住誰倒黴。從來都沒有評價過一個酒店，真的這個酒店太差勁了。
