The hotel is quite convinently located near Lo Hu station plus the english speaking staff is quite friendly and eager to help . Would definitely recommend to others.

🍃環境：開門就是一股黴味，床上也很潮。和圖基本不符中間莫名一個通風管道佔了很大面積，小的壓抑
🔔服務：要求退房聯繫經理和攜程客服，才給換了一間，是沒那麼大味道了，也不太潮了，中間也沒管道了，但是空調網上有蜘蛛網

房間乾淨衞生，服務態度好。前廳業務熟練，幾分鐘就辦完手續了。酒店位置也好找，羅湖火車站出來幾分鐘就到了。推薦！

我訂的是123的精緻單人間，但看圖酒店給的是102的普通單人間，重要的是屋子裡麪的蚊子超多，飛來飛去，房間不錯帶窗格局好，衹是衞生真的很差，玻璃一看好久沒有洗過，衞生間門口有水，重要的是枕套竟然有一個是用過的，空調不好用，床和被子有些潮濕，

地理位置：優越，離羅湖口岸很近，走路10分鐘內可以到達。羅湖口岸停車費貴，住這裏可以免費停車，走路過關，相當方便且節省停車費
環境：就是快捷酒店的環境，比較簡單，該有的都有。附近吃飯也很方便，走過去對面羅湖村不遠。羅湖村竟然隱藏了食街，不走進去真不知道。
設施：不新不舊，都能用，廁所抽風很好，不會臭。房間比較多，幸好訂的是有窗户的，有些房間沒有窗户可能會壓抑。
服務：服務挺熱情的，我們上午到，剛好有房間搞完衞生就先給我們安排了。
總的來説，要求不高，目的就是過去香港玩的，這裡是不錯的選擇。

沒賺多少省點錢住這裏
設施：賺錢了裝個電梯吧。另外這家沒健身房的，希望以後有吧。最好有一次性拖鞋。
衞生：乾淨
環境：一分價錢一分貨，門口小店，不過1樓也和其他店鋪在一起，沒空調，也挺熱的。
服務：沒電梯可以幫你拎行李上2樓，就是前台要運營酒店和餐飲，經常看不到人…
阿姨需要培訓一下，沒核對訊息就可以進房間，還是要問一下再幫開門。

很少給差評，這家店必須幫大家避雷。
-設施: 環境臟亂差，圖片太假，衞生盒設施還不如120一晚的海和，這種酒店就和六七十塊錢一晚上的農家樂一個水平，根本不值得180一晚。
-隔音: 從沒見過這麼差的，不管是走廊還是隔壁房間的聲音都特別大，根本沒法睡覺，在自己房間打電話都怕聲音太大吵到別人。
-服務: 前台態度很差，一個小胖子，不咋搭理人。
