五一假期最後一天訂房，性價比挺高，管家非常不錯，幫我們提行李帶路，有專門的服務羣，有什麼事情羣裏説一聲立馬有響應，非常nice，下次家庭聚會還會再來。

就我説我女朋友有我這樣會拍照的男朋友，是多幸福，但是前提是，真的出片，屬於設計很在線的那種，昨天沒啥客户，老闆娘還每個房間打開讓我們看了看，太讚了！女票開心到不行，能讓女票開心簡直太值得，沒錯我就是我女票的**，哈哈哈

1、很喜歡的裝修風格，而且圖片和實際入住完全一樣nice，各種設施佈置精美且齊全，寶寶開心的每個屋子都要感受下，衞生very very乾淨，這是讓一個帶娃媽媽最好的感受；
2、全家老小驅車趕來，天氣不好，管家會貼心告知最優停車處，很細心，還幫我們提了重重的行李箱（太不好意思了，辛苦小哥哥），管家細心的告知很多注意事項，讓整個入住過程愉快且感到安心；
3、位置離海邊很近，2-3分鐘就到了；
4、就算天氣影響在房間裏也可以解決了娛樂問題，唱K、麻將，電視，燒烤，一應俱全。
很久沒有來大鵬了，這次的感受讓我下次還想來，而且還想選擇這家民宿，這次的入住體驗真的很棒，每個人都很開心。

房子位置不錯，吃飯什麼的都很方便，各種要求商家響應也很及時。
房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全，還有麻將桌和投影儀，風景也不錯。

不滿意，主要包括：1.房間很小，廁所連洗澡的地方都不夠，感覺就是個破房子改造的。2.衞生比較差，有的地方很臟，看了噁心。3.房子很簡陋，當天下雨，二樓漏水。4.隔音很差，隔壁樓棟什麼聲音都聽到，聊天、打牌、孩子哭鬧，直到晚上一點才消停。5.民宿位置不好。唯一覺得還行的就是服務還是可以的。
綜上，民宿不值得這個價錢，後悔得很，以後也不訂民宿了。

我們一行8人從香港到大鵬遊玩
房子的位置很好，步行幾分鐘便可以到達小區中心地帶
房子超大 外邊就是停車場（一整天封頂¥50)
簡潔風裝修風格（但很新）
房子有四間！ 三大一小 全部都有獨立廁所浴室！
有一間有浴室
還有一個電視廳！
外面有一個去燒烤的庭園及
一間遊戲房 內有卡拉ok 自動麻雀機 及一部遊戲機！
很可惜，我們來到那天下了滂沱大雨
但房東很好人，親自到門口拿傘接載我們進屋！
推薦推薦 ！性價比很高
人如果再多一些就更化算！

地方殘舊，衛生都不算太理想。廚房很殘破，連廚具都不想觸摸了。拖鞋也是破的。幸好，熱水供應理想。
