Very close to beach only 5mins walk. Room is a bit deteriorated. But the staff are very helpful. If I go to the Damaisa beach, I will book again!

房屋設施很老舊，床單是濕的，空調是那種中央空調噪聲特別大。進房入住一股味道特別重很悶不透氣，而且晚上蚊子特別多，開着燈才好一些，反正一晚上沒睡好。性價比相當差，隔壁維也納都才300出頭一晚上不知道你們為什麼敢定價400的。在深圳入住過最差勁最沒性價比的酒店沒有之一 酒店是住宅區不是傳統的酒店，床單上面還有血，入住連水都不配，然後電視也是擺設。沒給一星是做人留一線，實際情況真的一言難盡。

這是一件讓人感覺非常差的公寓式酒店，當時5/2號晚上七點入住，1-5張圖是當下入住房間，霉味，地板濕的沙發骯髒還有ㄧ支衣架在椅子上面，而且木地板是濕的積水房間燈還壞的，整個房間黑黑暗暗充斥霉味，反映過後還跟我解釋一堆，後來幫我們換了套房式房間，一開房門燈亮起了想說終於可以好好休息了，問題來了，沒有網路，電視壞的，熱水器沒熱水，飯店派人來處理，臨時增加一台無線網路分享器，熱水當下扛了一台上來更換，接著我跟工程人員說電視也沒辦法看，處理了十幾分鐘說電視壞了沒辦法看，我問那怎麼辦，結果這下更好玩了，工程人員反問我要看電視嗎？我心想看不看是我的事但起碼這設備要是好的吧，最後因為一天下來也累了算了請他離開電視問題也不處理了，第六章是更換的房間，看看電視下面的這啥情況，唉…………，第一次來大梅沙留下超級差的印象，奉勸刷到這條評論的人千萬慎選酒店不要打壞了出遊心情！

挺滿意的，離海邊挺近的，走路幾分鐘就到了，旁邊就有吃飯的，挺方便了，周邊環境好優美，放假過來玩幾天很放鬆心情，

地理位置好，去沙灘方便，附近有個似outlets的購物中心。
地方好舊，房間好暗，東西破爛，水溫不夠熱。燈泡一個在閃，一個不亮，要求更換，職員說不能更換，自己開門就走了…就沒有然後了…一點交代都沒有了。

酒店最值得誇讚的是地理位置，離濱海公園很近，走幾分鐘就到了，下樓過個馬路就到奧特萊斯了，逛街就很方便。但是酒店本身也有槽點，因為很老所以各方面都一般，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有送礦泉水，洗澡的浴室沒有放東西的架子

住了三間酒店，這間最差；不建議大家踩坑！
1、熱水器的水一會兒冷水一會兒高熱🥵，兒子洗澡洗了一半（頭上打着泡沫，身上剛剛淋濕），等着服務員來調。（在哪裡都是這麼調的温水，服務員説我們不會調水温🌚🌚🌚），這就説明這些房間沒什麼人住，不然洗澡的水温不正常。
2、因為一直調水温，熱水器一直開着，兒子澡沒洗完，發現廁所馬桶旁出水口堵了，從淋浴間流出來的水一滴也沒流出去。
3、堵水了，要求前台送個吸水拖把，結果送的布拖把，要掃把沒掃把……
4、要求把堵水的問題解決，前台居然説整個維修部休假了……
5、不能解決堵水問題，要求能換房也行，服務員説沒有房間可以換，住🈵了。
6、噪音大。
7、房間衞生不乾淨，一晚上抓癢，不知道哪裡癢。（有蟎蟲還是隱翅蟲……）
綜合以上所述:以後有朋友，或者是自己有機會還來，絕對不會住此酒店。告誡後面要來的朋友！
