WIFI用不了，而且洗髮水洗的頭疼，感覺洗不乾淨，洗完頭黏黏的，夜班男前台服務差，問什麼都沒解決，電視也説不能開，吹風機頭都歪了，馬桶墊上面還有黑色污漬

牀頭櫃跑出來小蟑螂，可能裝修太久的原因，地毯看起來不乾淨，加上窗子打不開沒法通風，進入房間有股黴味。196的價格和酒店的環境不匹配，下次寧願加多幾十塊住維也納。停車也不方便。
