After searching many hotels, I finally made the decision of this Hampton by Hilton Hotel for the celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary!
Before our arrival , the hotel manager James sent WhatsApp me and told me to freely upgrade our room to suite for our celebration which made us surprised to the amazement !
He is very nicely helpful and thoughtful so that we enjoyed very much and had happy stay here !
We are grateful to him !
Going back to the Suite , unbelievably cozy !
The breakfast is good and yummy especially the deserts !
Due to that It’s located near the metro , it’s convenient to go everywhere!
To sum up , the five star is highly recommended ！

Although the hotel locate right in dongmeng centre, it’s not noisy at all! The bed was so comfy and the facilities are right on point
Excellent service, as well as nice breakfast!

Fabulous treat with extraordinary happiness ! The team was well trained with high working spirit under the guide and distinct directive of Mr.James TING.
It made the once stayers felt that it deserves a five star rating and undoubtedly will return again and again while they needed to stay in Shengchun. Bravo and add oil , James.

Extended one day due to midnight flight back, the extension was seamless and just need to validate the room card. The location is very near to the Metro, like 100 - 150m away. Lots of shops around, everything you need can be found just around the corner. Took a street view, just outside of Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Dongmen along Jinxi Street (road sign). Just cross the road, walk towards the street and turn left at the junction, walk about 20 metres away, you can see the Hubei Metro.

I had a wonderful time in Hampton hotel. The breakfasts were so tasty. I had dinner sometimes and it was so good, it was more than enough I had to reserve some to eat later. The restaurant waiters kindly warmed up the food for me when I was ready. They were all good people. There was a particularly woman who served me but I can’t recall her name.
Another amazing gesture was when James, the hotel manager contacted me ahead on WhatsApp before my arrival to provide me guidance on how to easily locate the hotel from the train station. He was so kind, polite, friendly and helpful.
When I arrived, Wesley was at the front desk, he was so kind, polite and was really good with English too which aided our communication. He generously upgraded me to a bigger room for me to enjoy my stay. Other days I met Lisa at the front desk, she was so polite and kind, though she couldn’t speak in English, she made genuine efforts to help me to the best of her ability. I recommend this hotel to everyone travelling.

Good customer service. James the hotel manager is proactively friendly and texted me before my arrival for my room requirements. James' written English is good. James is courteous and professional.
Responsive to reasonable customer requirements. I reauest for child toothbrush & child slippers which were delivered to room door within 10 minutes.
Good, clean environment.
Good location surrounded by plenty of dining choices and close to MTR stations.
