Faint cigarette smell throughout level 7 of my hotel room. Fairly uncomfortable, with one spoilt washer in the laundry room. Though hotel built in 2020, it seems to be quite worn out.
However, satisfied with airport transfer provided with staff helping with luggage.

A great hotel close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice big rooms with comfy beds. Great bathrooms. A very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice

The hotel is good.. The staff does not speak English well... The room is excellent. The internet is very bad and needs a technician to fix the problem they have.

The hotel service is good! Their rooms are large and satisfactory! Their food quality is average. Surround different food shops and easy-to-purchase food & BV at midnight, so never feel hungry! Anyway, it is a good hotel in Bao An!
