Located at non tourist area. But near by airport. Hotel provide airport transfer. U May experience the local living environment.

The hotel is good.. The staff does not speak English well... The room is excellent. The internet is very bad and needs a technician to fix the problem they have.

The hotel service is good! Their rooms are large and satisfactory! Their food quality is average. Surround different food shops and easy-to-purchase food & BV at midnight, so never feel hungry! Anyway, it is a good hotel in Bao An!

I have stayed at Atour Hotel several times and I feel that the overall price-performance ratio is very high. The environment, service, hygiene, and distribution of stores are all unmatched by many hotels. Although most of the service staff at Atour Hotel are young people, their conscientious, responsible, thoughtful and meticulous service attitude is admirable! I would like to especially praise Miss Fengfeng at the front desk. Not only does she provide good service, but she also has a better image and considers guests attentively and thoughtfully. She deserves great praise 👍
