The hotel boasts an absolutely prime location in Shenzhen Bay! It's just a 5-minute walk to Shenzhen Bay Park, perfect for morning runs or evening strolls while enjoying stunning sea views. MixC Shopping Mall is right next door, offering seamless access to all your shopping and dining needs. What's more, it's only 720 meters from Houhai Metro Station, providing incredibly convenient access to popular attractions like Window of the World and Happy Valley. I specifically visited to watch the drone show this time, and the hotel's location was utterly perfect – I could even enjoy the view right from my room! To top it all off, the hotel offers a complimentary lounge. It's wonderfully relaxing to pop in for a drink whenever you like, or to enjoy some snacks with a nightcap in the evening. Our butler, Chloe, provided truly fantastic service, always incredibly warm and enthusiastic!

The hotel perfectly balances the vibrant energy and peaceful tranquility of Shenzhen Bay. The grey-green palette in the rooms is incredibly relaxing, and the smart mirrors integrated with QQ Music add a unique and entertaining touch. From the crisp bedding to the sparkling glassware, everything was immaculately clean; even the waste bins were spotless. Chloe was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; her care truly went above and beyond, making Andaz my top choice! Design, cleanliness, and service all deserve perfect scores! It's absolutely perfect for families with children!!!

The guest rooms at Andaz Shenzhen Bay are, quite simply, Jaya Ibrahim's 'laboratory of details'! Inside the Mini Bar, a vintage British tray holds meticulously arranged Evian water, lychee soda, and oat milk; even the pretzel cookies are a testament to exquisite taste! The swimming pool's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Talent Park. The 19-meter heated pool boasts a crystal-clear bottom, and after a swim, you can slip right into the sauna to melt away any fatigue. The turn-down service goes further, offering Patchi chocolates, soothing lemon tea, and even earplugs. This 'they know you better than you know yourself' level of thoughtful service is truly the hospitality industry's equivalent of Haidilao (a hotpot chain renowned for its exceptional, proactive service). From the Nanyang-inspired retro charm of the public spaces to the modern luxury of the guest rooms, Andaz masterfully blends Shenzhen's vibrant prosperity with its poetic soul through its design. Staying here isn't merely about finding a place to sleep; it's an immersive artistic experience – truly, there are very few hotels globally that could serve as Jaya Ibrahim's definitive 'one city, one hotel' masterpiece. This hotel in Shenzhen, though a few years old, still feels quite new and is exceptionally well-maintained. I personally love the Nanyang style; beyond the design, it's clear the renovation standards were high, and the attention to detail is excellent for a hotel (being a perfectionist who's been through various home renovations recently, I can't help but scrutinize the finishings everywhere I go, haha). The cleanliness here is also top-notch. Because my child touches everything, for years now, the first thing I do upon checking into any hotel is wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes. Even after wiping down corners and hidden spots, the wipes came back surprisingly clean, with no visible dust. The location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Although the sea view from our room was partially obstructed by construction sites, it was acceptable, given that it's a developing area right in the city. Highlights: The hotel is very family-friendly, offering complimentary breakfast for children under 12. From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the pre-dinner snacks served to in-house guests at the first-floor lounge were exquisite. What really left an impression was an incident: we arrived quite late, and the Hong Kong-style milk tea was gone. I casually mentioned it to a staff member, who said they'd check with the kitchen. I honestly hadn't given it another thought, but later, when I went to get some other food, the same staff member recognized me, proactively apologized that the kitchen hadn't gotten back to them yet, and then later, they actually brought it directly to my table. Now for a couple of minor gripes: The lighting in the first-floor lounge was indeed too dim, though this is a matter of personal preference. In the sea-view twin room we stayed in this time, the bathroom door design is a definite flaw. It makes the bathroom feel cramped and inconvenient to use, even though the actual space is fine. If it were a sliding door, this inconvenience would be completely avoided.
