Starfish Hotel

There are so many cockroaches, you really have to avoid this hotel. There were also cockroaches that crawled directly onto the bed. I didn't sleep all night. The bedsheets were a bit dirty, I don't know if they were not washed or changed. The air conditioner started dripping after a few minutes of use. I was fed up. Also, the service was terrible. Shouldn't you tell the customer in advance if you want to clean the room? You just went in and cleaned it without saying anything. It's quite disrespectful. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If I had known it would be like this, I would never have come here.

At this price, I don't expect too much from the room condition, just average. But the service is really bad, the attitude of the front desk is particularly bad, unwilling to say more, very impatient after asking two questions, and likes to look at people with squinted eyes. Please, I am a customer, how can you act like others are begging you when you come out to do business? If you like it, do it, if you don't like it, I suggest you quit.
