New, and good for a day rest before next morning flight. Walking distance to airport east mrt is around 15 mins. Can take mrt to bao an zhong Xin mrt where there are mall. Breakfast is available from 4am and the spread is sufficient for a good meal before the flight. The hotel provide bus service every hour to shenzhen International Airport. Overall it is a good price package.

The room is small but clean. I arrived at 11am and was very tired and the reception let me checked in early. It was a definitely a big deal to me . The location is near to airport and it has a free shuttle to airport which made it convenient

Good stay for overnight in Shenzhen! 15min taxi from airport. Don’t know schedule of shuttle as I did not want to waste time.
80% of breakfast is chinese food. They do have bread with jam, donuts and coffee.

Super clean, super comfortable. Very friendly help from the staff. Easy to get access to the main places to go. Free shuttle bus to Shenzhen airport T3 terminal. I Will recommend it to my friends and family.

The room and the facilities were complete and spacious.
The pickup service was terrible. Although the shuttle was supposed to pick up from the airport every hour, I encountered a no-show and a waste of 40+ min of my time, despite double checking the vehicle number and patrolling the airport pick-up location. (I only saw shuttles for other hotels.) Fortunately, return transport to the airport was provided on the said vehicle. Overall, service was poor because the hotel staff did not even apologize for failing to deliver. It might have been better not to advertise the complimentary pickup service.
