Overall, my stay was pleasant—the room was exceptional (spacious, elegant, and spotless), and the pool was truly unforgettable. That said, I noticed signs of budget constraints in a few areas: The welcome fruit platter felt minimal for MO’s luxury standard. The MO Club experience surprised me: the food selection was limited (unlike other MO properties), and the lounge’s location lacked the usual exclusivity. Most strikingly, it was my first time at an MO Club where afternoon tea required self-service for cakes and breakfast wasn’t offered. However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth shone brightly—a reminder of MO’s core values. Special thanks to Bonnie and Fleta Fang for their attentive service. Wishing Fleta a fruitful internship and brilliant future ahead! While not the flawless MO experience I’d hoped for, the team’s dedication made it memorable.

This is a first class hotel, as one would expect of a Mandarin Oriental. But what stands out, besides the fantastic property, amenities and location, was the service. Whether at the Mo Bar, the check-in, the concierge, they were uniformly outstanding! The concierge also helped me with a purchase and went beyond their norms to assist. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
