Very warm n professional reception by Skye. Due to celebration of marriage anniversary, have upgraded room to upper floor, given us small gifts and a small cake. Allowed late check out. Bath room very clean with separate toilet n shower. Shower good to use n all amenities provided. TV is good with many channels. Beds are comfortable. Hotel location is very convenient with mtr station at hotel entrance. Will recommend to friends.

Tracy was very helpful gave us very prompt service and helped to accommodate 3 of us families on the same floor Rooms have a cigarette smoke smell which really needs to improve there should be non smoking rooms in hotels My room was promptly cleaned with the smoke treatment and it was fine

Just stayed at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Bao'an Stadium, and it was great! The location is super convenient, especially if you're visiting the stadium. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a nice selection. My room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting the area!

Thanks to the front counter staff Anne and your colleague , she have upgraded my room upon my checkin , and help me to track back the taxi who drove me to train station and get back my card holder .
