Always friendly and willing to go over and above to offer exceptional experience. Helped with document printing and even with ordering food delivery to my room on my phone APP. This is my luohu hotel for 5 star service at 2 star price.

第三次住這了，一直挺滿意的，房間真的很乾淨企理，有事需要找前台幫忙的時候也很快幫我們處理好，床褥也很舒服，得到了很好的休息，會再來的。
