我原本提前兩天預訂的有窗房，結果到了之後給我的是無窗房，無窗户也沒有空調，我要求換房，商家一開始不願意給我換房，商家叫我退房，經過多次溝通，商家才願意給我換了有窗房，有窗房外面也很吵，一夜無眠，湊合著過了一晚。

臟。亂，差，進去的時候一股臭味，換了幾個房間，一個比一個差，床上各種頭髮，地上到處都是垃圾，而且洗漱不方便至極，建議睡車上也別入住
