空氣不太好，樓下超市促銷有高音喇叭，但空間大，不閉塞，是西坑最好最貴的。整個西坑酒店出的女服務員態度都冷冰冰，我調查了四家才選這家，相比較是最舒服的，跟其他地方就差遠了

樓下是帶ktv的洗腳城，半夜就開始鬼哭狼嚎，根本無法入睡。給前台反應一副愛搭不理、愛住不住的叼樣，真是倒了八輩子黴了住了這家酒店！
