It was my first time to Shenzhen on a business trip. I looked around the hotels around and liked their decoration style. The environment was pretty good. The room price was very reasonable. The room was equipped with free mineral water. The front desk service was very good. I was quite satisfied with the check-out time, which could be extended to 2pm. Many hotels I stayed in before had check-out time of 12pm. The room was very clean. It is a hotel worth recommending.

Vienna Hotel is really bad. We went back too late that night and drank some wine. We didn't pay attention when we got back. It was really speechless when we saw it the next day. The carpet was very dirty and we dared not step. There were many black spots on the floor of the bathroom, which was uncomfortable to look at. The screens had many holes. The most troublesome thing was that you had to get your head wet in the rain, and the fixing bracket was not fixed well. You had to hold it with one hand when taking a shower, otherwise it would spray everywhere. It was really speechless. This was a deluxe single room, and the experience was so bad!
