房間簡潔舒適，酒店位於半山腰，空氣環境不錯，對面是石芽嶺體育公園，方便散步運動，最讚的是酒店五樓有免費自助洗衣服務，還有熨燙機和烘乾機，如果想要衣服自然晾乾，還有大平台晾曬衣物

家就在附近原來經常住，越來越不敢再去了，老酒店設施陳舊還説得過去，但是服務實在太差了，態度生硬，住了一天兩點退房找他們溝通幾次要延遲退房，在攜程訂單2點到5點提前十分鐘去辦的入住手續，還沒到時間就電話催促退房，就算是登記那一秒算起，酒店作為服務的是不是態度應該好一點，還告訴我下次你到點再辦入住這就是我們的規定，OTA客人你們都這樣，線下服務不敢想象！不如一個小旅館態度！

房間設施有些老舊，房間隔音差，樓下KTV一直唱到凌晨2:00多，凌晨2-3點陸續有人回房入住，關門聲咳嗽聲喧嘩聲…，一早不到7點就有大媽在門口大聲説話。我在攜程訂的是4天免押，入住時前台卻管我要按金，在我主動提醒是否應該免按金時，前台才給予確認免按金。跟宣稱一樣給了24小時停車券，所以服務給3分吧

價錢是挺高，服務不到位，老酒店吧應該是，365天住300天的酒店，體驗各種各樣的，服務禮貌這方面很缺陷，一個漢庭酒店服務看客人都會打招呼，這個就很冷清~~~

住在8樓，滿樓道煙味，小孩子半夜12點被煙味嗆醒，想打電話發現屋裡電話也是壞的。攜程上面打電話給前台人員來，説換房間，大半夜十二點半怎麼可能收拾東西換房間。然後就不了了之了。樓下ktv聲音很吵，都是共振。艱難入睡。我從來不寫差評，這是第一個。深圳禁煙也等於**，舉報也不成功。very nice。
