环境宁静，房间宽大舒适，牀寐夠宽大，鄰近有一个大型商场內里还有地铁站，交通便了！最重要一赞，就系所有员工态度亲切🈶礼，令客人有一种回到家的感觉。房內还有免费多用途USB充电器使用，每次到深圳旅游时，都系入住首选。

房間設施都齊備令人滿意, 只可惜晚上床舖有些煙味！基本需要是滿意的, 另走廊地氈衛生麻麻需更新！價錢尚算是合理的, 若不要求高算是性價比唔錯！

很臟 是不是老闆得罪了做衞生的 以前住過多次 真的是一次不如一次 這次最差了 看見凱華的差評越來越多終於明白原因了 真噁心啊 而且設施老舊 廁所漏水反味 每次去都是漏水也不修一下 吹風機上有粘粘的臟東西還有浮沉很臟 忘記拍照 插座上全是油點 後來看到全屋的衞生都很差才想起拍照 到處是頭髮 桌子上粘粘的東西也不擦 枕套上有黑的 還有頭髮 一堆疙疙瘩瘩的東西 顏色很臟舊一點不白跟沒洗一樣 枕芯發黴 床上被上全是頭髮 總之屋子很臟 語言描述不完 真的不會再去 噁心至極

今次住這間酒店，純粹貪平，同埋位置係東門老街，出外買食物同購物都比較方便，如果只係方便就腳，唔太著重設施，可以考慮呢間酒店

酒店房間一進入既感覺比較殘舊，可能係全幢大廈好多地方做維修。而上床睡覺時床單感覺到濕漉漉，又有蟲咬身體。不過房間尚算燈光明亮，及樓下係東門步行街。
