房間挺破舊的，專門定了一房一廳想看電視，結果沒網絡，根本看不了電視。也沒有提前説，等住進去了問到了才説，然後説其他房間也都有網絡問題，換不了了。是明天再去修😂，明天我又不住這裏了。。。

網上圖片與真實的天差地別，被單那些破舊的，鞋子有臭味，整個房間有輕微臭味，最坑爹的是半夜十二點多，前台員工喝醉酒一直語音發瘋式的騷擾客户（入住是為了方便發房間密碼鎖密碼加了微信），最後一個坑的是客服吳主管，他的答覆如下，一是商家那邊不承認他們員工喝醉酒所以他也沒辦法確認（昨晚凌晨另一個客服親自打電話去酒店前台溝通並且和我説她也聽出對方喝醉酒了，全程有通話記錄），強勢把責任推給消費者，二是堅決否認昨晚客服説補償88元作為對我造成的損失（説他聽完全程錄音沒任何這種説法），天網恢恢，我在不經意間另一台手機也開著錄音，不然他以為衹有他那邊有錄音消費者就沒辦法了，後面給我道歉説沒聽清楚錄音，赤裸裸的忽悠消費者，最後還很爽快的給了我工號，因為我再怎麼反饋也是到他那，他就是老大全程吃定消費者，這就是攜程的一把手客服主管
如果大家入住這家店看到評論後一定別住，我就是吃了沒看評論的虧，凌晨十二點多給騷擾醒後看了評論賊後悔，加上攜程客服忽悠消費者的服務態度，簡直呵呵了
