I booked a quadruple room and paid for it on Ctrip. When I checked in that night, the front desk of the apartment gave me a triple room. I asked, why? *這次帶着2老出行，這公寓優點的是鄰近地鐵站和商場，商場有超級巿場和多間餐廳，底層還可以直通地鐵4, 9號線，商場外過一條馬路就到該大廈入口，值得一讚；
X選了一間三床房，原樣子應該是複式房，所以奇怪地進門是在接待處旁的一條樓梯進出，對長者家來説很不方便；
*這屋沒有客廳，除了樓梯就是廊道通往洗手間和房間，衹有一部電視在主人房，2間有窗房冷氣足夠，床墊被鋪等尚算整潔，唯椅子及坐墊等有污積；
X然後有一間是沒窗房，地上有一部小型空調機，神奇地把喉管接駁到廊道上，開了幾小時的所謂製冷模式，房間不涼快不通氣外，廊道更是焗熱，雖然很少在廊道上逗留，但那沒窗房也不是可以安睡的地方；晚上與客服溝通，客服建議不用製冷模式改用另一模式，個多小時後依然沒有改善；
X洗手間是用雲石地板，沒有任何防滑設施，沒有扶手，沒有浴簾，水淺到周圍地上，很容易滑到；
總括是優劣參半，那沒窗房付了錢卻受罪，很不值得，很不愉快的體驗
