Huge room and comfortable beds and linen. Could be cleaner as there is some mold but overall good. Big room. May be hard to find

Location is very convenient, directly outside a metro exit (but does not have a lift/ escalator at this exit) and connected to a small mall with many food options and bubble tea. That said, the room had a strong stench of body odor, the walls and ceiling were moldy, and the balcony doors didn't close properly. Besides cleanliness problems, the heater didn't work on our first day, so we had to physically go down to the reception to get someone to come and fix the problem (because they don't have a phone to call the front desk). We have also found roaches and mosquitoes in the room. As for facilities, they do provide a washing machine (no dryer but a few wonky hangers to air dry the clothes) and an induction stove with no cooking utensils at all, so essentially the induction stove is useless unless you want to invest on some utensils while travelling. Soooooooo if you want a good location and a place that helps you collect your taobao parcels then pick this hotel :)

It’s my 2nd time stay here. Easy to communicate and book. Clean room, comfortable stay. Surrounded with many food store. Truly Recommended stay. Regards Tham.

Convenient just outside MTR station, lots of restaurants around, walking distance to 華強北

Was here was a couple of days. Great location, service and super comfy/large rooms. Definitely staying here the next time. Full value for the money

Was originally given an unpleasant room (cigarette odor). Fortunately, the staff member (employee number 10) was able to change the room to a smoke-free one, solving the problem. The serviced apartment is quite good especially the location steps away from the Yannan subway station. The neighborhood has many restaurants and a couple supermarkets (Hema and Walmart) in the neighborhood.
