1樓就是KTV,整晚唱歌，吵到爆炸，定了兩晚，第一晚整晚沒睡，第二晚去找那***換房，陰陽怪氣的，最開始説沒有，後來看我堅持要換，又説要加20塊錢。換了以後更慘，沒想到天花板上面老鼠在開派對。真是天上地下不得安寧。這樣開酒店怎麼能留得住客人。騙一個算一個的。想要去住的慎重。

環境不行蚊蟲過多，衞生不行感覺平時不清潔，前台阿姨服務不行説話語氣陰陽怪氣，定了房去到被告知無房，要加錢意思一下才有房，大晚上無奈衹能住下，一次非常不好的體驗，想充電手機也沒插座衹能扒開電視機唯一一個插頭用，全房間就這一個插頭，充電風筒用不了，用手機風筒用不了，熱水器是插電的，燒了很久才有水洗澡，，，這是住過啥都最差的店

提前預訂好的房子，準備入住的時候告訴我房子沒有了，給上一個顧客續租了，前預訂的過去竟然讓給續租的，然後道的道理都不懂嗎？他給的解決辦法是讓我加錢升級成雙人床，又不是我的問題，還要我加錢，不是**嗎？然後他給了第二個解決辦法他住的房間收拾出來給我，我同意了，她就慢慢的收拾房間，我等了她快一個鐘，她告訴我她不收了，讓我直接住雙人床。上去6樓，沒坐下就告訴我有房子了要我下去，別人剛退的房，他用十分鐘就收拾出來了，衞生真的不敢想象，進去房間牆壁發黴，衞生間廁所爛的，這凳子上面一層的灰，天花板還是爛的，熱水器的開關也是爛的，就是説下午6:00過去入住，讓我等了兩個小時才能入住，早上退房的時候她睡在外面，她的房間還讓給了領一個客人。第一次見有這種操作的睡在大廳外面。服務態度超級差，發生這個事情一句不好意思的道歉都沒有。戴個眼鏡也不正眼看人，誰去誰倒黴吧，擦亮眼睛，遠離噁心的人。

樓上是ktv麻將館，這一晚上不用睡覺，KTV唱到半夜，然後打麻將聲音，根本就不能睡覺，一鎚子買賣，天冷問空調遙控器，沒有，衹有打冷風的，辦理個入住，沒有十多分鐘辦不好，被子也不換，估計老闆沒打算做回頭客續住的買賣
