The apartment is very close to the dameisha beach, only 5 min. walking. The landlord is very nice and friendly. She responded quickly to all our questions. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Even the MTR station Dameisha is at walkable distance (5 min).
The kitchen needs a renovation, but it did not bother us as we had all our meals outside. There is so much choice for everyone. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so we had to mop the floor quite often to keep the bathroom and toilet dry. Other than that, we loved everything about the apartment!

都還好吧，地理位置不錯，設施略陳舊，服務很好，停車45一天隨意進出，離奧特萊斯也很近，走路過去15分鐘做我，沙灘5分鐘

房間蠻大的，裏面那間有個很大的床，有一個小陽台，有洗衣機晾衣架，可以直接看到大海，能聽到海浪的聲音，很舒服的。外間有一個一米五床，還有一個可以展開的沙發床，房東小姐姐特別好，降温了還給我們送了厚被子過來，房間裏牙刷衞生紙特別充足，洗澡水很大很舒服。走路幾分鐘就可以到大梅沙海邊，地鐵站，很方便。價格便宜，性價比高，以後有機會還會再來住。

表揚民宿主人，很負責，熱心邦助客人。居室在10樓，在陽台上就可以看大海，聽海浪聲，非常喜歡。在大梅沙檻道上看居住的樓房，非常漂亮。

美女房東熱情好客服務周到，還給免費升級了房間，房間乾淨整潔，設備齊全嶄新，房間正對大海，躺看日出。樓下就是車站，對面是海水浴場。非常好的一次出行住宿體驗，強烈推薦！！！

老板娘很熱情，酒店乾淨。坐在床上拉開窗簾就可以見到海景，可惜陽光右邊有堵牆擋住一些視線，不然更加完美。很遺憾今日雲層太厚，見到一點陽光。

不錯的體驗。非節假日去的。當天10點多就到了。房東就給我們安排了。因為定的房間他人還未退房。房東就給我們換了更大的一間。房東人很熱情。
位置也很好，隔着玻璃就能看到海景。去海邊很也近。樓下也有很多吃的。
