Ji Hotel (Shenzhen Bao'an International Convention and Exhibition Center)

To be honest, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's understandable that there are fewer people at the front desk during the Spring Festival, but the details of the room are really poor. The hardware fell off when I showered in the rain, and the chairs were visibly dirty.

I was given a very shabby room. Not long after I checked in, the air conditioner kept leaking like a water curtain hole, and even the cover was not installed. . Moreover, this room must have just been painted not long ago. The smell is beyond the standard. I feel dizzy after staying here for a long time. I stayed here for seven consecutive days last week. I just came from Hong Kong. I stayed here for one night and decisively canceled the subscription and moved to Futian.

The location is a bit remote. There was a plane passing by when I was sleeping. The sound was very loud. Everything else was fine. The quilt in the room was still rotten, with a hole in it. The quilt was not clean. There were many things stuck to it and there were some black hairs...

Frankly speaking, the low rating is intentional because this hotel has the worst service I have ever stayed at. First of all, the education and training at the front desk was completely chaotic. A group of old men were allowed to run amok there. We queued up and asked if we could check in, but no one responded. As a result, someone came up and said that we wanted to check in. The front desk asked me to jump in line. I asked them why they ignored me when I asked, and their reply was that they thought we were in the same group as those bosses. Ridiculous. It showed that we could check in at 2:00. The three of us arrived at the hotel after 2:00. Because we were jumped in line, we contacted Ctrip customer service. The customer called the front desk to inquire. Since the front desk told the customer service that we started checking in before 2:00 , this is indeed a shirking of responsibility. Later, one of us was able to check in at 3:00. The front desk is a piece of ****.

There is no shaver in the room, and I don’t know whether the towels are disinfected or not. There is no label on the water in the room. I don’t know if it is safe or not. There are few varieties of breakfast. I can’t eat the fruit because it is bad. I checked out after 10 o’clock and it was unexpectedly 14:10. Ask me to extend my stay? I really don’t know what I think, but this is my work attitude.

Dissatisfaction: 1. The environment near the hotel is poor and there is nothing to visit 2. The TV is not smart enough and cannot cast the screen 3. The elevator is not smart enough and has no linkage 4. The laundry label paper cannot stick to it. It is recommended to learn from other hotels. Everything else is okay, but the breakfast is no better than other hotels of the same price range.
