房間打掃完還有一堆水漬，穿個拖鞋都弄濕
住個顏值房説視野好靠近馬路邊，住到5樓夜裡還是吵死了，衹能換到對面陰暗的房間

大半夜一個女生辦理入住居然給開錯房間，刷門卡進去一個大爺半裸躺在床上，嚇得跑出來，回前台重開，服務員連句道歉都沒有，然後洗手間的水池龍頭上都是油，像沒打掃一樣，隔音也差，靠近馬路吵的不行，不會再來第二次！

房間極小，239元我在上海住的維也納都比這空間大，淋浴間的音樂也是雞肋非常難聽的音樂，最最主要的是房間網絡超級差，我連消息都發不出去，跟前台反映了n次也不解決。前台服務是真的也蠻差，反映的問題不解決，房間衹有一次性拖鞋沒有洗澡的拖鞋打電話反映説會多送兩雙一次性拖鞋上來，一直等到第二天早上也沒送上來。總之……這家酒店性價比極低，不推薦！

漱口杯有污漬，房間沒有浴袍，浴室裏也沒有個放衣服的地方，房間電視也不能看，打電話給前台 居然説工程部的下班了，也沒説給我們換個房間。總之一番體驗下來感受極差，100多的酒店都比這好

酒店前台服務態度太差，入住後臨睡前才發現鏡前燈關不了，反饋前台後被告知鏡前燈是一直有問題的，我服了有問題你為什麼不提早檢修，為什麼不提前告知我。然後我們就從大床房換到了雙人房，這我也忍了。換房之後聞到一大股煙味，開窗通風好久都散不了。最後想再一次換房的時候被告知滿房了換不了，幾經交涉後才給我們換了另一間雙床房，怨種得不行！酒店設施、保潔和服務態度都很爛，各位入住請慎重！
