One of the best 5star hotel in Shenzhen, very good location especially for people who travel with high speed rail, excellent facilities and hardware, 2.7m crazy king size bed. Surely will come again next time.

Great Place and good breakfast. Suggest everyone who want to stay over. During count down of new year, there are fireworks outside of the park. Super impressive.

Hotel was very clean, big room, Lounge was good for its price, breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best out of all hotels so far in Shenzhen. Playroom for kids was... quite rundown but kids loved the mall next door and staff spoke good english, very helpful/hospitable. Cookie was a plus too!

good location if you need to be in Longhua area. great to have starbucks right at lobby for morning coffee before work. shopping center next door, great gym although really crowded.
Bed is too stiff for me but thats personal preference
