沒有停车场的，不适合带孩子，附近食店也不多，沒有书枱和椅子供工作之用，电插座不足，也沒有电源延长线，卫生间也很细小，沒有毛巾。要给290元一晚，沒有早餐，性价比較低。只是靠近珠宝批发点才值得我留一晚。

衞生條件：很乾凈，真不錯
位置：水貝地鐵口過來200米左右，交通方便～ 房東的引路指引賊詳細不會走錯。
周邊：有kktime和水貝icb，吃得都很全～
另外哦，這個房間有裝了隔音窗，隔音效果槓槓的，另外樓板也很厚，聽不到樓上的一點噪音。睡眠淺黨強推，沒有一點車流音。
對了，投影真不錯，被安利到了，回去也整一套玩一下～
