房間內陳設簡單, 沒有插咭控制電源, 投影幕很灰調,形同虛設, 衛生間沒有乾濕分隔,淋浴後整個地面全濕了,
房內竟然沒有床頭櫃, 通常手機放在櫃上,既方便充電又可隨時接聽電話,
我想最不能接受的是大廈大堂沒有民宿的招牌, 我三番兩次入到大廈大堂卻見不到招牌,
問保安他說不知道, 我以為去錯了大廈,又再尋找, 手機導航都指明到了終點, 如此浪費了大半個小時,
洪湖公園我是常來的, 但一定不會再入住這個民宿..
今次我是給予差評.

這家民宿是我住過最舒服的！房間很乾凈，1.8米大床睡着特別踏實，床品軟乎乎的。200寸巨幕投影看電影超震撼，畫面清晰，音效也不錯，躺在床上看片簡直太享受。隔音效果很好，晚上安靜得能聽到自己的呼吸，睡得很香。位置離水貝珠寶城近，樓下洪湖公園散步看荷花很愜意。房東人熱情，推薦的當地小吃很地道。住了兩天，感覺像家裡一樣舒服，性價比高，強烈推薦！

特力大廈米粒民宿，鋼琴房間大，設施齊全，洗衣方便，離珠寶交易中心近，樓下就是洪湖公園，公交線站不遠，周邊地鐵站點都很近，沃爾瑪，盒馬生鮮近在咫尺，周邊到處是小吃、餐館，便利店，下次再來還會選擇這裏

我看那裡離地鐵站挺近的，我圖個方便就訂了這個民宿，沒想到體驗感還是挺好的，有大床房，還可以看電影，洗手間挺衞生的。意外之喜哈。電視竟然還有vip，剛好能看我喜歡看的永夜星河哈哈哈。
