房間裏還有小動物！！！我下午5點定的房間，到了説還在打掃。我去辦事晚上11點回來辦入住，入住後開空調製冷，洗個澡的功夫空調開始漏水，微信聯繫前台説來幫我換個升級房。故事才剛剛開始！！！酒店沒有賣出的房間都是開着門，我進了"升級"套房，關上門就聽到房間裏有動靜！結果發現了一衹巨大的老鼠！！！順着房間門爬到浴室門頂部，我跟這傢伙對峙了10分鐘酒店工作人員遲遲不能來解救我！估計是個人都得嚇個半死！隨後我被解救，我説我不住了換酒店，前台衹是説退掉補我20塊，特🐴德打發誰呢！我這個錢我不用你退我必須曝光你！

因為停電開的鐘點房，距離比較近而且看評分也很高，就選了這家，然而房內的環境可以説是住過的酒店裡最糟的，就連浴室外的玻璃上極其顯眼的污漬都沒有清洗，牆面的布藝裝飾不好清理有黴點可以理解，但是這種可以擦掉的都不清理屬實説不過去，而且房間打開也有股潮濕發黴的味道，這個環境真的很懷疑這麼高的評分是不是刷出來的……
