Great service and a wonderful time, but the staff didn't speak English at all, making communication very difficult. We were also surprised to find out that we had to pay for laundry.

When I arrived in Shenzhen, there were no hotels booked in Shenzhen, so I saw that there were many hotels in Longgang District. I saw that the rating of this hotel was good on Ctrip. When I entered the hotel, I felt it was quite grand. I was greeted by a tall male receptionist. He was very polite and patient! The attitude is also very good, and the room aunt takes the environment seriously

This hotel really surprised me! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There was free mineral water in the room, which was very considerate. The Shimin service staff looked very good, had a warm attitude, and was very patient in answering questions over the phone.
