Hotel don’t provide fridge or iron and very bad smoke smell in the room maybe because smoking permitted the pillow was too hard and the soft one was too soft, wifi very slow, lobby under construction, have stayed many times in different Vienna brands all were really good but unfortunately this one was not after 3 days changed hotel

第一次來這家維也納住，感覺完全對得起這個價格。房間夠大，夠乾淨，住起來真的很舒心。還有這裏的服務也特別棒，什麼問題都會給我解答，而且真的很耐心！最後就是早上的自助早餐了，真的很豐富，挑都挑不過來，而且真的很好吃！以後如果來深圳就衹來這家維也納住了

拜訪朋友在水庫新村的家，反正有假期所以在這裏度過一晚😃朋友推薦這間維也納酒店說服務不錯。正好這天是五一假期，所以價格也比平日貴了一點。剛到達的時候聽到職員在說酒店正在翻新中，起初還有點擔心會不會太吵!還好我預訂的是高層的湖景大床房~所以一點也沒有受到影響😊而且房間也很寬敞。可能是重新裝修的關係，房間新簇簇也加了很多新設備。無線充電電動窗簾霧化玻璃。如果電動椅有按摩功能就十分好了!床也睡得很舒服冷氣給力沒有異味，整體十分不錯👍雖然酒店周邊沒有什麽大商場，但是水庫新村也有很多食店有很多地方逛。從羅湖到這裏路程不是很遠，小假期在這裏休息一下十分不錯~會再來啊👋

替老公定的，他出差基本都是維也納，這是一個連鎖酒店，我也經常能看到這個酒店，品質還是值得信耐的，不過好像被大數據殺熟了，感覺比老公給我看的價位高了，大家可以多看看各個平台，多比一比。

前台服務很熱情，朋友臨時一起過來入住前台幫忙我們更換了房間，很靈活值得點贊！酒店房間衞生很乾凈，住的很放心！很驚喜他們給我們贈送了伴手禮，有很多小餅乾跟糖果，感覺很貼心呀，設施設備比較新，值得入住體驗！點贊點贊點贊

好久沒過來深圳 選了這家酒店 跟其他的維也納不一樣 裝修新穎房間也大 早餐品種多 還大部分都是我愛吃的 當時來的也比較急 還好酒店有免費洗面奶和卸粧水[破涕為笑] 果斷續住！ 這個五一就住在這裏啦！

五一過來入住，這家維也納酒店的性價比很高，新裝修的，乾淨衞生，服務員很熱情，給我們贈送了他們的伴手禮，那個餅乾好好吃！太喜歡了，還有一份自助早餐，早餐品類很豐富，下次有機會來深圳還是會入住這一家
