Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was great—spacious and clean. However, even when we turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, our room was still cleaned. I would appreciate it if they followed the sign. Another downside is that the room did not have a mini refrigerator.
The location was excellent, close to restaurants, and there was a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel.

Lobby was ok and the service was good from the staff helping me for food as I didn't have chinese app,.
But rooms not clean and toilet also not clean and too much smell in toilet. Too many stains on carpet and dirty.

WIthin walking distance to Metro station and KK mall. Breakfast was mainly local foods, not much for foreigners. Have robot sending up the food we ordered, cool! Rooms are made up daily, down side is no refrigerator in the room! Usually for a business suite room, there will be 2 toilet/bathroom, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, but Proudway suite room has only 1 bathroom in the living room, no toilet/bathroom in the bedroom!

Even though everybody says that hotel is so old, it wasn’t bad, the rooms are spacious and soundproof, also the location is fantastic close to nice shopping, malls and café. The bed is very comfy actually I had a good sleep there. except that it seems like in every Chinese hotel cleaning ladies will wake you up with their loud walkie-talkie or other guests will be yelling outside the door, but this is the problem of their mentality. You need to be ready for that if you’re traveling to China
