The location is excellent, there is a subway next to it and it is also close to the airport. The room is consistent with the pictures, the kitchen can be used for cooking, the balcony can be used for washing clothes, and the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room is also working properly.

The room is spacious, quiet and clean. The landlord is kind and the daily necessities are sufficient.

I am taking the civil service exam, so I chose to live here because it is close to the surrounding schools. There is also a bus stop. Although there is no special parking space, you can find a place to park in the community behind the bus stop. You can ask the owner for details. The sanitation is pretty good. It's just that the last person who lived in this house cooked, and then the smell inside was quite unpleasant. The smell of oil smoke is quite heavy. There is also a little smell of rotten food. I came here mainly for the exam, so I didn't cook here. After coming in, I sprayed a lot of anti-mite medicine. Then the exhaust fan was turned on for a long time. The air was better. Like other comments, there is a construction site around here, which is noisy during the day. Fortunately, I am not affected by the noise and sleep more soundly. The walls are relatively thin, and the sound insulation effect is not very good. There were sounds very late on Saturday night and more than two o'clock in the morning. Overall, it is still good.

A whole family came to Shenzhen from all directions to celebrate the Spring Festival. The kitchen in the apartment can be used to cook simple meals. There are subways, vegetable markets, supermarkets, pharmacies and cinemas nearby. Dingdong, Hema and Sam's Club can all deliver. There is also a PuPu Supermarket nearby that can deliver within half an hour. The boss and the young lady are very nice and we had a very happy Spring Festival.

Very good, spent the New Year in Shenzhen, had a comfortable stay, there is a supermarket and restaurant downstairs, very convenient, the only drawback is that it is far from the city center.
