The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk reception was great! Parking is convenient and free, and there is a bus stop in front. Highly recommended.

房間可以，但是用的什麼一次性浴巾不好。服務態度不行，按金一百元退房的時候，前台説曾經有人退過房了，房卡一直在我身邊，現場中我拿房卡退房必須退給我按金。後來打了攜程網人工台，金城賓館才退給我一百元

這個賓館真的非常非常差 差到離譜 我就沒見過這麼離譜的，氣暈了 我8號晚上九點多左右到的 一開始給我拿了個501的房卡，我們兩個上樓滴半天門開不了，還得下去找前台 等半天沒上來 ，就是我們剛入住大包小包的 玩的開開心心一天，回到酒店搞這出，就事不大 説給我們換一間房，然後我朋友又和他跑下去拿房卡，剛進到房間屁股坐下，我習慣性的看看被子的衞生就發現被套是爛的 有兩個類似煙頭的洞 還蠻大一個的 我們就打電話告訴前台 她們沒什麼表示。 緊接着我們去浴室洗澡發現花灑是漏水的，沒辦法了衹能繼續用，最無語的在洗好澡出來吹髮筒的時候發現風筒也是壞的 sjb呀？ 怎麼滴我來你賓館是來當測評師的呀 搞笑了。就蠻生氣的打了客服電話説你們賓館怎麼什麼東西都是壞的呀，第一個接電話的是個女生，這個女語氣 我去，跟我求着讓她給我住的一樣，我來消費的還是你來消費的呀？我説為什麼會出現接二連三的事故 而且我入住還沒有幾個小時，她説不會呀，然後轉頭把電話遞給了第二個男的，這個男的上來就問我怎麼了？sjb 怎麼的 你們在交接電話的時候都不會提前説明一下嘛，我是什麼東西嘛？這個女的好歹説一下給其他人幫我解決一下吧？直接就遞給了其他人且不做交接，怎麼是嫌我的火氣還不好大，想讓我再回想一下我是運氣多不好呀？ 還是説你們賓館就是不用提前培訓也沒有規章制度，隨便拉個路人都可以當前台的？我真服了 ，因為我們是住兩個晚上的，第二個晚上到賓館房間門口，房卡又出現問題了，刷不開？我還以為我少訂了一晚呢？急急忙忙看了一下訂單發現是兩晚呀，就打電話給前台，前台上來給我開門，那個房卡開不了，他就拿了他的“萬能卡”把門打開了，説什麼我要去下面刷一下更新一下房卡，怎麼滴你們不會設計兩天使用時間的嘛？？是當我沒有住過酒店嘛？我真的服了，我不知道該用怎麼樣的詞來形容這個酒店了，真實體驗，住這個不如住青旅了又便宜還沒有這麼多問題，搞得我很閑一樣 專門為難你們一樣，玩累了一天好不容易回到賓館休息一下的，結果還有一堆破事等着去處理的，這錢真心花的不值，真的該培訓一下內部人員了，這種態度和處理方式還有人員管理，真不知道貴賓館是怎麼在龐大的市場生存下來的，還是説你們專門賺外地人的錢，不做回頭客？ 因為太氣憤了，而且每次回到賓館都一堆事情就忘記拍照了
