ZTL Hotel Shenzhen

The hotel is strategically located at the back of Dongmen Pedestrian street. There's a lot of eateries nearby even very late at night. It is also beside Laojie MTR Station exit E. Hotel has just been refurbished not long ago, the fittings inside look newer. Worth recommending for Shenzhen first timer stays

Best location, all in walking distance. Train station is right beside this hotel, food outlet is right across the road.

2nd time staying cause of location and amenities Lobby staffs are helpful also  Recommended   Easy to find, just beside 1234 Space Laojie MRT

Pros - right in front of Dingmen walking street, train station just below. Some front desk staff were friendly, some not. Has the basic toiletries. Cons - although interior had been renovated, but of low quality carpentry. Hot water is unpredictable. Sound proof is terrible, can hear sounds from 360 of room. Safety is questionable, security guard taps someone up to room floor in e lift without verifying identity. (Could be a regular, but thats not the way) Stayed in this hotel as its the only one that offers 2 bedroom suite in the area.

Great location. Next to the metro. Nearby lots of restaurants and shopping areas Miss Amy (reception) is very friendly and service minded. Good local Chinese breakfast by the hotel

Location is excellent, right besides a hip shopping mall - 1234 space and it connects directly to the mrt. it's at a busy location but away from the loud music at the dongmen pedestrian street but very near to shopping Sound proofing is poor though, u can hear your neighbour coming back. can sometimes hear shouting or car horn in the night. A bit of mould here and there in the bathroom due to wear and tear. water strength is good but overall not for the fussy Although it's non smoking, there's a room on the same floor for staff and they smoke. u can smell whiffs of it through the vent. overall it's bearable for the location if u want to stay at Dongmen, so I may come back and stay.
