總評：入住體驗比較差，相當於環境升級版的小旅館，適合衹是純粹大晚上睡一晚就走的人，不太適合對入住體驗稍有要求的人。
缺點來説：
1. 入住時給錯了房，購買預訂的是較高價格的給了降級房，這是我經常在外住宿的歷程中第二次遇到，這點非常不滿意；
2. 預訂好房到了還沒有打掃，需要等待，整個管理流程混亂，就是最老土的那種個體户生意模式，對我這種經常住宿的人來説這點很敏感；
3..Wifi比較差
4.晚上12點叫服務就找不到人了；
5.基本上沒有任何服務，衹有硬件配置
優點而言：
1. 位置好，在湖貝和文錦地鐵站旁，樓下就是商場，走沒幾步就是城中村這些很多吃的地方；
2. 環境還行，可以俯瞰；

台灣旅客能入住，萬科裏T1，離 地鐵文錦D出口或湖貝A出口近，酒店介紹照片與實際同，離東門商圈不遠，大型超市 華潤萬家 沃爾瑪都不遠 ，8樓有菜鳥驛站能代收包裹，1樓好幾個豐巢快遞櫃，飯店評價不多 當初預訂時 還考慮許久，實際入住後真覺得 物超所值，交通地理位置便利，價格又實惠，垃圾放置房門口 就會收拾走

位置距離文錦地鐵站相隔六分鐘路程不算太遠，酒店位於公寓大廈內某樓層， 看地圖找到酒店位置，但看不到酒店的指示及招牌， 轉了兩三個圈走進公寓大廈內查詢保安哥哥才知識，酒店就在公寓上的樓層，希望將來酒店可在大廈內外加點指示給遊客。。。

最要吐槽的是熱水器！不能洗漱和洗澡的人一起打開水龍頭用，很快水温就跌到了30度，現在這個天氣簡直讓人冷到咋咋跳！空調開關要按得有技巧才能按到，基本上你要“左右按摩”一樣有技巧地去按！前台是我見過所有酒店裡最“驚呆了”的酒店，而且原來這樣的酒店直接是開在居民樓/商務公寓😅😅

位置很近車站，也算蠻近關口，但是酒店入口很難找，窗戶鎖不上，洗手間波厠紙，但房間空間感十足，冷氣十分涼快，佈置十分簡潔又時尚感十足
