房間亂，床上用品不乾淨整齊，環境茶，衞生間臟，馬桶沒有蓋子，根本無房坐，本來預訂5天，最後衹能退掉四天，

40塊這個價位連空調都是定時開，深圳這麼熱的天，風扇一開像地震了一樣咵跨響，去入住一看連被子都是上一個人入住過都還沒有整理的，床上一大股味道，還有個租客像是得了傳染病一樣一晚上都在那裡咳嗽隨地吐痰，奉勸大家千萬不要來這裏住，是一個城中村裡麪的那種握手樓，大白天都要開燈兩眼一抹黑，辛苦了一天在這裏住一晚感覺天都要塌了，完全對不起這個價位

價格倒是挺便宜的，在湖貝新村，還算是比較方便，不過衞生狀況尤其是廁所會差一些，房間還挺大的
