We had a great time the bed is so comfortable had a very deep sleep, better to see the picture due you might miss the hotel just a 5mins walk from metro.
Location was pretty good many shop and restaurant nearby. Room is small but better for short trip.

Great location close to dong men by xing jie.Room clean and price reasonable.the working staff also friendly and talkative.i will book again in coming week for business meeting.

The hotel needs some improvement like the awkward position of the toilet roll, very difficult to reach when you are on the toilet bowl. Next lack of space for toiletries at the sink a shelf would be good

My first trip to china (travelling from HK) and I was greeted with a nicer hotel with full amenities, friendly reception, working showers/ac, and in a great location near luo wu border.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I go to SZ! 赞

I have to give a five - star review to Caro Hotel in Luohu District, Shenzhen.
The moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the elegant decor. The rooms are not only spacious but also extremely clean and comfortable, with all amenities well - prepared.
The staff here are very professional. The front - desk service is excellent. They are efficient in handling check - in and check - out procedures, always with warm smiles on their faces and ready to answer any questions.
All in all, staying at Caro Hotel is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen. 😎

This is my 15 stay in this hotel. Excellent service from the front desk staff.
All my deliveries were kept properly and they even can recognise my name and person.
The only thing I felt is they should have add in a bar fridge inside their room.

Great clean budget hotel in Louhu Shenzhen. Located close to Dongmen walking street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will need to have a translator since they only speak Mandarin. 5 minutes walk to Park and Shop store.
