Location just next to MRT so it's vey convenient. All floors are high. Opposite is a street with lots food & restaurants. Though building slightly aged, the amenities still good and air condition looks new.

Seriously bad review
First, next to the hotel is a construction site that ends at 11pm and starts at 7am in the morning
Second, it is a commercial building, a large number of idle people waiting to enter and leave, that residents have no security,  the elevator 10 points cramped
Third, the hotel facilities are 10% dilapidated, the faucets are covered in rust, the shower glass door is half gone, the air conditioning is not cold enough, there is no refrigerator....
