-Very dusty and dirty as if never clean before.
- toilet sink at upstairs leaking
- Bed is very thin and uncomfortable
- spare pillows and blankets are very dirty with stains

This service apartment was so difficult to locate. There is no signage of ‘Rabbit Apartment’ outside the building. It’s located between Huaqiangbei & YanNan metro stn. It’s a very old unit and not clean. No TV just a projector and image very blur, cannot enjoy movies at all. Didn’t provide enough toilet paper. The only good things are many eateries n restaurants around.

The check in is a bit difficult for foreign visitors. If you don't know chinese. Have to call and receive messages with wechat. Better to include the wechat id when you book the order.
The douche and toilet is in one room. Better to supply a floorwiper. For our business trip is better to have a iron but can not find one.
But overall it's very close to the convention center and shopping area's and metrostation.

The apartment was nice and large. We were pleased with the beds and the shower. The only thing is that due to the lack of a reception desk, the registration procedure is difficult.
