Our stay at Vienna Hotel (Shenzhen Longzhu) was primarily driven by budget considerations and proximity to our friend's location. While the hotel has a slightly dated appearance, cleanliness is well-maintained. The on-site restaurant resembles a canteen, offering a voucher discount of 20 CNY per person. Surprisingly, the food is not only affordable but also delicious, with generous portions. We suggest that the hotel considers updating the corridor carpeting to something more modern, like tile sheets. Overall, it served as a cost-effective choice with some room for improvement in certain areas.

睡覺都靠一邊，一共住了三天，在酒店開會穿的長袖，睡醒咬成這樣。這不是蚊蟲，這個酒店的衞生太差了。

這家店是我第二次來了，平時在老家的時候都是看家附近有家維也納，這次在深圳準備回去，也在這邊落腳一晚。
在酒店入住的時候，前台有位小姐姐替我辦理的入住，我因為沒有帶身份證擔心無法入住（雖然去機場也會很麻煩），小姐姐教我掃最近公安推出的‘粵居碼’，很快就註冊完成，説是以後用這個，在廣東省範圍內就可以入住了，真的很方便！這裏也為小姐姐的服務點一個贊，很有耐心。
因為訂了無窗的，前台小姐姐給我免費升級了一晚，這個房間會比我一開始訂的會好很多，房間也會大一些。連鎖酒店的衞生也是有保障的，乾淨且整潔。
其實在預訂的時候看了評論是有些擔心，入住後就打消顧慮。雖然開業挺多年的，裝修也屬於‘老式’，但是房間的設施沒有什麼問題，一切都可以正常使用。
我覺得這家酒店的服務、衞生都很不錯，性價比高。我也會繼續做他們的回頭客。

視野開闊，房間很大，服務熱情！前台的接待員小凱給推薦補差價換的這間豪華單人房，視野看起來真的好好啊，很得我喜歡！而且淋浴的出水量也很大，淋浴體驗滿足到了！酒店二樓還能體驗到廣東早茶文化，味道很不錯。好東西就是要分享的，十分推薦大家入住的時候可以體驗一下！滿婚！億百婚！！

這家酒店一開始看頁面的開業年份，貌似挺久的，到了店裡的時候，我還有些擔心會很舊。開房的時候要求先看一下房間，前台的接待小哥很暖心，帶我到房間看的時候還和我介紹是今年已翻新（樓道走廊還沒有開始），進了房間感覺還不錯，沒有意想的那樣糟糕，而且前台小哥哥還為我免費升級了房間！給一個大大滴贊！！！（特別表揚：006工號的前台服務生）
