I had stayed here a few times. I enjoy this hotel. It's just maybe a seven-minute walk to a big mall. (Not KK Mall, the other one). There's also a nice park across the street. Shenzhen's pretty freakin' humid, but you can at least enjoy the park for a few months out of the year, at least.

I like the location quite a bit. It's across from Lychee Park, and it's only a six or seven-minute walk from KK Mall. It's nice and quiet, but maybe it's because it's around Chinese New Year and people usually leave Shenzhen.
If you've never stayed at this hotel, here's the best way to get there. Don't take Grand Theater Station. Take Hongling Station instead. Get out Exit G and then walk straight ahead for about 180 steps. It'll be on your left, past a tiny convenience store. (But if you have a lot of luggage, you'll be climbing some steps at Exit G; the escalator only goes halfway up.)
